Crafting Better Questions
❌ Instead of:
"Should I take this job?"
✅ Try:
"I've been offered a VP role at a startup - $200K salary but 60-hour weeks and uncertain equity. I have a stable director role now at $150K with work-life balance. I'm 35 with two kids. Help me think through this decision."
Include specific details, constraints, priorities, and what you're uncertain about.
